At New Friends of Florence, we provide residential living and memory care in a setting that feels warm, familiar, and supportive. Our focus isn’t on flashy amenities — it’s on compassionate care, meaningful connection, and helping each resident feel at home.
Daily life is simple and comfortable, with homestyle meals, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance included. Residents receive personalized support, including medication management as needed, so they can enjoy their days with confidence and dignity.
Our 2+ acre campus is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just off Highway 101 in Florence, Oregon. The peaceful, well-kept grounds include private courtyards that offer safe outdoor space for fresh air and visiting with family.
We offer 48 private rooms, each with its own bathroom and space for personal touches that make it feel like home. Our kitchen serves nutritious, homestyle meals and can accommodate select dietary needs and texture modifications.
For residents in memory care who require additional support, hospice services can be provided in coordination with outside hospice partners, allowing individuals to remain in familiar surroundings during every stage of care.

Our kitchen prepares three home-cooked meals each day, along with snacks, in a welcoming dining setting. We focus on simple, nutritious dishes made with fresh ingredients and familiar flavors our residents enjoy.
We value resident input and often include favorite meals and requests on the menu. We also accommodate some dietary needs and texture modifications to support individual health and safety.
