New Friends of Florence provides specialized Memory Care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Our experienced team creates a safe, familiar, and supportive environment centered around each resident’s individual needs, routines, abilities, and preferences. We proudly provide compassionate dementia care for families in Florence and throughout the Oregon Coast.
When additional comfort and support are needed, residents can receive or transition to hospice services while remaining in the familiar surroundings of New Friends of Florence. We work closely with local hospice providers to coordinate care, support changing needs, and help residents and their families experience this stage of life with comfort, dignity, and compassion.
Our trained team provides medication assistance and oversight to help residents stay safe and on schedule.
Fresh, nutritious meals and snacks are prepared daily with residents’ preferences and dietary needs in mind.
